Expanded my Coaching skills

It has been a long while since my last blog because I decided to expand my coaching skills even further to better serve my clients. In February 2024, I became an Internationally Certified RESULTS Coach, which allows me to incorporate dynamic coaching techniques and approaches into Under Your Hat Life Coaching which boosted the value of our services to our clients. My coaching now includes a number of traditional coaching approaches based on the scientifically supported principles of psychology PLUS the dynamic approaches based on neuro-science. 
This exciting addition now enables us to provide a far greater breadth and depth of coaching techniques and tools, mixed and matched to meet individual client needs and enables a suite of coaching programs that clients can choose - still tailored to the individual.
