Hey Carmel. I had a very brief chat with my daughter after your session last evening. She was SOOO much more relaxed and positive. You are a Gem. Xxxx Ann G.
I wholeheartedly recommend Carmel Pascoe as a mindset coach. Over the past several months, I have had the privilege of working with Carmel, and the transformation I have experienced has been truly remarkable.
Carmel has an incredible ability to help individuals break through limiting beliefs and develop a mindset that fosters success and resilience. Through her unique coaching, I gained clarity on my goals, improved my confidence, and developed practical strategies to navigate challenges effectively.
What sets Carmel apart is her deep understanding of human psychology, unwavering support, and tailored approach to coaching. She creates a safe, judgment-free space that encourages self-reflection and growth.
I highly recommend Carmel to anyone looking to elevate their mindset, unlock their potential, and create lasting change. Carmels expertise and dedication are truly invaluable. W. W.

Your ability to have conversation then deliver deep, punchy questions within the chat is what sets you apart. Your questions are so insightful. You are able to summarise by tying things together – better than paraphrasing. You seem to have exceptional note-taking ability – to be able to note the critical words and phrases. When an idea happens, it happens in the space between us and you are able to bring it back clearly. It was a chat – not analysing me … the cat interruption seemed to fit as ‘just part of your approach’ to your work and it gave me an opportunity to take a break.

When I announced in August 2022 that I was leaving my public service job after 45 years, to pursue my passion to help people learn, grow, take positive action and live better lives through Life Coaching and Mentoring, I was absolutely overwhelmed with messages and phone calls from people sending their thanks and wishes. I have captured just a few as testimonials to publish. I feel so humble.
Hi Carmel, Farewell, bon voyage! It was wonderful to work with you the past couple of years. You have been an encouraging mentor to me, and really helped my progression to become a competent and confident professional. Your honesty and passion for your work is incredible; you inspire me to do my best and take no sh!t. Thanks for everything and best of luck in your future endeavours, you are a great Life Coach already and I’m sure you will help to inspire a lot of people in the future. PS I’d read your book, let me know if you ever get around to writing it (or maybe write a blog?). Cheers, Rachael C
Hi Carmel, (I) have seen this and wanted to say thank you so much for imparting some of your precious wisdom on me whilst I was in the #### role. It really has been invaluable and I am very appreciative. I’m happy for you that you’ll be heading off into your next chapter! Many exciting and wonderful things await you I’m sure. Thanks again Carmel. Stay well, stay safe, and stay you. Shelley L
Oh Carmel, I am both sad to read this and happy for you all at the same time. 45 Years is an amazing achievement of which you should be so very proud. Thank you for being one of my Teachers/Mentors in the early days – I certainly believe I had a good grounding in my #### Career and hope my daily dealings with others reflects that. Even though I don’t see you often ... – I often think of you & ####. Take care, stay well and best wishes for the next chapter. Regards Teresa D
I was listening to your speech, had a good laugh and wanted to say a few things to you too. As you know, I am quite new and despite me asking you random things and just general advice, purely based on our time here and working from home arrangements, haven’t been able to build the relationship you have with others. Regardless, I would like to say that I think you are great and I am thankful for your help and for you to share your humour. I always believed that you have time for a laugh and try to get the team to have a giggle here and there. Overall, I love your attitude and your take on life and I think you will be a great coach, coach! … I don’t want to say that I am sad because I am not but I do genuinely feel that (this workplace) and probably the rest of us have made a loss. You will be missed. Thank you for the star, I am glad that I got to the chance to earn one. Ps. I also agree with pushing yourself out of your comfort zone. It’s the best way to grow and I am excited to not know what the future holds. We will see when we get there. Already life coaching in your down time.. look at you go. Short and sweet message and a genuine thank you from Lukas T
Hey Carmel, Both sad and happy to hear this. Sad because we lose a great colleague that challenges the status quo and has so much experience to lean on, but happy because I think you’ll enjoy your future endeavours as well. Good luck with everything, and hope to stay in touch, thanks for all of your assistance and guidance. Nick H
Morning Carmel, ### passed on your email below and I am in shock! The end of an era. It has been great working with you over the years, I learnt a lot from the likes of you when I started in the #### role in Northern and had no idea what I was doing. You have always had great insights into program management and reporting and are always willing to speak out with your thoughts and advice. Your experience and knowledge will be sorely missed out there, those are some big shoes to fill. All the best with your future endeavours. Dave W.
Hi Carmel, So happy to hear you are starting your new life adventure but sad to see you are leaving us. It has always been a pleasure to chat to you and I will miss you and your kindness to me.
