Under Your Hat has developed a group coaching program called “I Can Be the Person I Want To Be”.
This is a person-centric, wholistic life coaching program designed to empower clients to develop themselves to be their true self and to present themselves as they want to, in the world. This program is delivered to groups of clients to leverage the known benefits of ‘peer learning’.

Life matters
- Self -esteem. Feel inadequate in situations and interactions, when you know you can do better.
- Negative thinking. Feeling (or being told) you are a nay-sayer, a ‘drag’. Always take a ‘that will never work” attitude.
- Stuck. Feel like your life is not going anywhere, or you are not achieving important things that you aspire to.
- Reinventing yourself. Often following a significant change in your physiology (eg menopause) or living situation (empty-nest, loss of partner or other loved one) or preparing to step into new job/career.
- Hopelessness. Don’t have ambitions in life or career, or you do, but need support to work out how to get there.
- Making bad decisions and choices – often impulsively, in repeating patterns .
- Relationships. Parent-child; child – parent; between siblings; in teamwork (school, job, volunteering).
- Frustration. With your daily activities, expectations of others, your own performance in your world.
- Habits. Want to break habits that you are no longer happy to have.
- Loneliness. Feel you are alone in your world. Been out of social life for some time or moved location and need to find friends.
- Anxiety and depression. Where these conditions are less than clinical presentations.
- Need a supporting coach. Someone external to your inner circle that you can trust and rely on. Someone with lived experiences that you can draw on and learn from. Someone to listen without judgement in a safe confidential space.
- Transformational change. “Anyone, from any walk of life, on anything they want to get a result in”. Ben Harvey, Authentic Education
