What is the difference between 1-to-1 and Group coaching?
The quality of services that you receive from every engagement with Under Your Hat remains the same, whether you are a client as part of a group or if you are working with the coach one-to-one.
In group coaching, you also have access to the experiences, personalities, struggles, achievements and aspirations of the other members which can greatly benefit your own perceptions and understanding. However, you may want to also have 1:1 time with the coach to discuss more private matters so, for this reason, Under Your Hat usually creates our Group Coaching Programs to include personal time with the coach as a Bonus within the program.
Person-to-person, 1:1 coaching relationships enable you to build the deepest possible rapport with each other, making you able to fully open yourself up in your coaching engagement.
Both methods of coaching with Under Your Hat give you space and support and respect for your confidentiality.
