How can I be certain that my coaching is confidential?

Your privacy and confidentiality is paramount at Under Your Hat. Every effort is made to physically, electronically and conversationally protect your rights at all times.
Your Coach may need to seek assistance of their Supervisory Coach from time to time. This is normal professional practice. However your personal details, including your name, will never be disclosed to a third party.
There may be exceptions ONLY in the event of a requirement by law.
